Ingredients

1 oz of our Hibiscus-Cardamom syrup

2 oz of Aperol

2 oz of sparkling white wine

1 oz of grapefruit juice

Sparkling water

Citrus for garnish
Instructions

Fill a heavy-bottomed wine glass with ice cubes or pebble ice.

Add Aperol, sparkling white wine, our Hibiscus Cardamom syrup, and fresh grapefruit juice.
