The Cucumber Ginger Sparkler delivers a dose of spring directly to your tastebuds. This punchy and refreshing mocktail is perfect for midday sipping and as an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Portland Syrups Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can or bottle of cucumber-flavored sparkling water
  • 1 fresh cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • Lemon bitters

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine Portland Syrups Ginger syrup with lemon juice then shake.
  2. Put a cucumber ribbon inside a tall glass (along the wall), then add ice and the mixture from the shaker.
  3. Top with cucumber sparkling water and a few dashes of lemon bitters.
