RECIPE: Sake-tini

prep time: 3 MINs   |  servings: 1  


  • Six 1/4″ inch thick slices of peeled cucumber
  • 1.5 ounces of vodka
  • 1.5 ounces of sake
  • 0.5 ounce simple syrup
  • Slice of lemon (optional)


  1. Muddle all but one of the cucumber slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, then add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Cover with ice and shake for 1 minute.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass. garnish with cucumber slice and lemon.
  4. Enjoy!
