Our gal, Shani, at our NE Broadway Store, is head-over-heels for the new line of Multi-Cookers from Fagor. How excited is she? Here’s what she had to say on the matter:
“What more can I say about the Fagor LUX LCD Multi-Cooker than I love it???!!!
Pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice maker and a yogurt maker?
SAY WHAT!?!
This machine is the hero of the kitchen for me. I’ve always loved the idea of cooking and especially the eating part, but it was always a lot of work and a lot of dishes. But with the Multi-cooker, cooking has never been so easy! In fact, last night I made butter chicken. I sautéed the butter, onion and garlic. Then I added all my spices and coconut milk. And lastly added the chicken and pressured cooked the whole thing. ALL IN ONE POT!
As an incoming senior in college and living off campus for the first time, this pot is going to make the struggles of adulthood, just a little bit easier.
I can talk about the Multi-cooker to anyone who will listen until I’m blue in the face, but it is just my excitement spilling out of me! I can’t wait to cook more food and try a bunch of different recipes and finally make the idea of cooking into a reality.
