RECIPE: Get InSpiralized

So, what’s the deal with Spiralizing, ANYWAY?

We all know we need to pack more healthy plant matter into our diets, but the how of it all isn’t as clear. It can seem difficult to get the right balance of the good stuff. When everyone is so busy, no one has time to graze like a cow all day. But what if there was an easier, tastier way? Why not turn your favorite fruits and vegetables into noodles?!?

Spiralized Veggie Noodles or Pastas are naturally gluten-free, safe for paleo diets, vegan and vegetarian friendly, low in carbohydrates and absolutely delicious. And they pack a lot of vegetation into a nutritious AND filling meal. Win-win.

Not sure where to start? Check out these six recipes from our friends at KitchenAid’s KITCHENTHUSIAST blog. You can manage any of these dishes with any old spiralizer, even a handheld model.
