To celebrate the return of the Cuisinart Trade In and Trade Up we are sharing recipes that feature the work horse of any kitchen: the Food Processor!
Chicken Korma…one of our favorites! The food processor makes quick work of the chicken marinade, which is a good thing: the less time preparing the thick, soupy, spicey concocotion means more time in the fridge marrying flavor to your poultry. Though the recipe does not call for it, a coupe hours of chilling in the fridge gives plenty of time for the flavors to penetrate deeper into the meat, making a finer end product.
