To celebrate the return of the Cuisinart Trade In and Trade Up we are sharing recipes that feature the work horse of any kitchen: the Food Processor!

Eastern Mediterranean cuisine employs this incredible sauce that is as refreshing as it is delicious. It melds wonderfully with the flavors of grilled meats and is an excellent veggie dip. You can omit the lemon and mint for a more traditional Greek take but we think the recipe, as is, is wonderful.
