Not Without Salt makes their own puff pastry. By hand. Crazy, right? Most of us just reach for the frozen stuff when a light, flaky dessert or thin buttery appetizer calls for it. But not Not Without Salt. They take just flour, salt, butter and water and make magic. Puff Pastry is all about the process, and the cool thing about this recipe is there are LOTS of photos and even a stop motion video on how to master the art.
