Today, we are sharing Spoon Fork Bacon’s recipe for Cheesy Quinoa Cakes. It’s a great dish to haul to a party and a nice base for a quick weeknight dinner… perhaps with a simply dressed salad layered on top, or paired with a nice cut of grilled meat. We can even see these taking the place of hashbrowns at brunch. Or as a between meal snack or you could make them smaller and use them as a cracker base for a nice cocktail hour canapé. The point is it is cheesy and garlicky and crunchy, what’s not to love?
