To celebrate the return of the Cuisinart Trade In and Trade Up we are sharing recipes that feature the work horse of any kitchen: the Food Processor!

The food processor is a champ when it comes to many kitchen tasks. It slices, it dices, it grates. It does it all, really. But there are just some tasks, really important tasks, that really make the old processor shine. One of those: Pie Crust. The delicate dance between those two opposing ideals, a crust that is both flaky AND tender, is best achieved with the added speed of a food processor.
