Who doesn’t love cheese dip? A bit more sophisticated than the neon stuff you get in jars at the store, this Asiago dip gets its punch from fresh cracked black pepper. The lemon juice and zest not only lend a wonderful balance to the dip they also add a sharp touch of color, too. Delicious right off a spoon but even better on a Sweet Potato chip.
